Individual therapy sessions are designed to help clients navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. I utilize evidence-based treatments to help clients build resiliency, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve their goals.
Couples therapy sessions help partners deepen their connection, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. I work with couples to identify patterns of behavior that may be causing distress and provide tools to help them build a stronger, healthier relationship.
Family therapy sessions are designed to help families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. I believe that every family has unique strengths, and work with families to identify those strengths and build on them to create a more positive and supportive family environment.
Group therapy sessions provide a supportive environment for clients to connect with others who are facing similar challenges. I will be offering a range of group therapy options, from anxiety and depression to trauma and addiction recovery in the near future.
Teletherapy sessions allow clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own home. I utilize a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals.
Mindfulness-based therapy sessions help clients develop a more mindful and compassionate relationship with themselves and others. I utilize mindfulness-based techniques to help clients reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate greater self-awareness and acceptance.
